Teriyaki Chicken- boneless, skinless chicken marinated in our home-made teriyaki sauce and grilled to perfection.

Teriyaki Beef- thin sliced beef marinated in our home-made teriyaki sauce and grilled to perfection.

Kalua Pork- slow roasted pork that is shredded and carefully seasoned.

...and of course each dish is served with steamed white rice and macaroni salad.

Otai (oh-tie)- an island specialty drink made with coconut milk and fresh fruit.
